Gamechanger.

New job, £17 -> £19K a year. (I’m on about 11 at the moment after tax.) Funny how things work out, I had the job interview originally scheduled for a couple of days after I got into a fight and came out with a face not suitable for interview. It didn’t matter in the end because they had a “pre-consider” candidate who’d been made redundant in another department, so they just gave him the job. A week later I get an email saying that he was staying in his old position and they were re-interviewing, so the next week I get the interview with a back to normal face and get the job. 

Just at the point where because so much had been going wrong this year, I was starting to feel really low; my luck had been shit, loads of drama and general bollocks that isn’t my style, rolled into never having any money and barely surviving every month. A good argument for ‘Fate’ if you believe in that kind of thing.

Now I’m so excited about the next few months. I can finally pay my two loans off and have money to do the things I want to do and get to where I want to be in life creatively. Things are gonna change around here
